1. Membership Plans & Content Access

We currently offer two membership types:

A. Monthly Plan

Grants access to:
- The core SAYC-based beginner course
- Our private community platform (no Facebook or external social media required)
- Weekly live group coaching calls and themed Q&A sessions
Does not include:
- Past call recordings
- Access to advanced or specialty courses

B. Annual (Yearly) Plan

Grants full access to all content, including:
- Beginner and advanced video courses
- Weekly live sessions + replays
- Archive of past community calls
- Exclusive bonuses (as offered)
- 20% discount on 1:1 or small group coaching calls
- 25% discount compared to paying monthly

2. Access & Longevity

All video content and lessons are streamed and hosted within our private learning portal.
While you maintain an active subscription, you will have unlimited access to included materials.
If you cancel your subscription, access to your content will be discontinued at the end of the billing cycle.
Content is suitable for adults, teens, and seniors. Members must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Account Usage & Restrictions

Each subscription is licensed to one individual only.
Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials without written consent is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban access for unauthorized sharing, abuse, or IP violations.

4. Payment, Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions are billed as per the selected plan during checkout.
All plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
